British Council library: 

The British Library in New Delhi is a part of the British Council. It’s located at the British Council Division, British High Commission, 17 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Delhi. The library offers a wide range of resources including books and e-books, films, music, audiobooks, comics, graphic novels, academic journals, research papers, self-access training, newspapers, magazines, and more. It’s open from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. It’s a vibrant community and cultural space where you can express yourself, interact with others, attend workshops, all while exploring books and other resources. Whether you’re a researcher, student, or just a lover of knowledge, the British Library in New Delhi is a treasure trove of resources.

Central Secretariat Library 
The Central Secretariat Library (CSL), established in 1891, is one of India’s oldest government libraries. It resides in the G-Wing of Shastri Bhawan in Delhi since 1969. With a collection of 850,000 volumes (both print and non-print), it ranks as the second largest Central Government library after the National Library in Kolkata. The CSL primarily serves as a secretariat library, housing government reports and gazettes. 

 Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya

The Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, situated on Teen Murti Marg in New Delhi, is a museum that pays homage to the Prime Ministers of India. This unique institution offers an engaging and interactive experience, allowing visitors to delve into India’s past and explore the legacies of its Prime Ministers.

The museum, which consists of 43 galleries, uses modern media technologies to enhance the visitor experience. It also features a light and sound show for an immersive experience. The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The light and sound show is available from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM in Hindi and from 7:45 PM to 8:15 PM in English.

The Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya was inaugurated on 14th April, 2022. It serves as a testament to the contributions of each Prime Minister since India’s Independence, highlighting their role in the nation’s development over the past 75 years. It stands as a symbol of the collective efforts and the successful democracy of India.

Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC)

Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), located in New Delhi, India, was inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, on December 7, 2017. DAIC serves as a “Centre of Excellence” for study, research, analysis, and policymaking in the field of socio-economic transformation. Its primary focus is to reduce socio-political and economic inequalities through rigorous and authoritative research. The library at DAIC plays a crucial role in supporting scholarly endeavors. Here are some key details about the library: Reading Room and Special Section:
The library has a separate reading room where researchers and students can study. A special section dedicated to Dr. Ambedkar and Buddhism has been created for in-depth study and research.
Operating Hours: The library is open to the public from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on weekdays (Monday to Friday). On Saturdays, it operates from 10:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Digital Repository and Collection: DAIC’s library houses a unique collection that includes a rich digital repository.  Notably, it contains a compilation of 100 World Constitutions
